At Dharma Gems, we provide our items on a generosity-based model, starting at $0, to ensure accessibility for everyone. For certain items, a minimum offering amount is set to cover production and import costs. All proceeds are dedicated to expanding the availability of Dharma and supporting FPMT’s charitable projects, strictly adhering to Buddhist principles.

We invite you to view your offering not as a purchase but as a generous contribution to support Dharma and its global mission. Your offerings help us continue our work and make these precious resources available to more people.

Policies, Terms and Conditions

Returns:
We accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, if we make a fulfillment mistake and ship the incorrect product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Policy:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will typically be shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock. Orders received after 2:00 PM will generally ship the next business day. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays unless prior arrangements are made.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. Shipping estimates provided by us or other parties are for guidance only. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.
